EspañolOnly 7 walking minutes from our hotel, downtown in the historic center, near the Convento, a few minutes from the pedestrian zone, we rent our typical Mallorcan village house as a private touristic rental (licence nr. ETV/8458). We only modified it in one important detail: we have given him a piece of heaven! The layout of these houses are actually always narrow and long, and there comes in very few light. So we opened one part of the house and covered it with a glass roof. The rest is preserved and completely renovated with magnificent original natural stone walls, equipped with paintings and high quality furniture.

Living room and all bedrooms have air-conditioning, the whole house has heating, WIFI and is equipped with modern windows with double glazing making a stay both summer and winter very pleasant.
Our prices 2022/3 – we give you approximate prices, please ask for the definitve prices:
January until March + November until Chirstmas 130 €/day (from 7 days on 112 €)
April + May 175 € (from 7 days on 150 €)
July until beginning November+ Christmas until beginning January 280 €/day (from 7 days on 240 €)
Minimum stay 3 days, please ask for exeptions
